ST. LOUIS - For more perspective on just how disappointing this St. Louis Cardinals season has been to this point, they could be in jeopardy of finishing last place in the National League for the first time since World War I. But that's not all. In the 21st century, there has never been one time an MLB season that ended with two teams from the same state holding the worst records in the National League and the American League. The St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals could potentially become the first pair to attain some dooming history. The St. Louis Cardinals enter the weekend with a 27-42 record, one game behind the Washington Nationals for the NL cellar. 'It's getting worse' St. Louisan says after deadly gas station shooting

ST. LOUIS - One person is dead, and two others are hurt after a shooting at a north St. Louis gas station Thursday evening. It all happened around 7 p.m. Thursday in the 5500 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive at the Mobil Crown Mart in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Colorado Medicaid, CHP+ members’ personal data may have been stolen in cyberattack

People covered by Medicaid or Child Health Plan Plus should take steps to protect their identities after their information likely was exposed in a cyberattack, the state agency that runs the programs said Friday.On Thursday, several U.S. government agencies announced they’d been hit by an attack on a piece of software called MOVEit, which allows organizations to transfer large files in a way that’s similar to consumer products like Dropbox.A criminal group called Clop has claimed responsibility and demanded extortion payments from companies, but said it didn’t mean to hit government agencies and would delete their data, according to The Washington Post. Snapping turtle considers laying eggs in Westminster neighborhood

People living in one Westminster neighborhood got an unexpected visitor on their front doorstep this week.They found a giant snapping turtle looking for an area to lay her eggs, landing on one person’s driveway, until that person decided to call Westminster police.Officers then got calls the turtle moved two doors down.
